Meet Chelsea Gardner
Founder of Fully Aligned Marketing Inc.
I’m Chelsea Gardner, known as The Ads Queen, and the founder/Chief Enthusiasm Officer of Fully Aligned Marketing Inc., a boutique social media marketing agency helping businesses simplify their strategy, show up consistently, and build visibility without the overwhelm.
With over a decade of experience in marketing, I’ve worked in everything from corporate healthcare marketing to multi-location businesses, but I found my true passion in helping entrepreneurs and service-based businesses grow online.
My Why:
I built Fully Aligned Marketing Inc. to bridge the gap between businesses that need strong social media marketing and those who don’t have the time or strategy to execute it effectively. I’ve helped mortgage professionals, real estate agents, and small business owners create engaging content, leverage Meta Ads for growth, and streamline their marketing so they can focus on running their business.
As a special needs mom and business owner, I understand the importance of balance, which is why our approach is rooted in simplicity, consistency, and efficiency. Whether we’re crafting content, managing paid ads, or coaching business owners on their marketing, our goal is always the same: to help you stay fully aligned with your brand and growth goals.
I have a Master’s degree in Marketing and started my first business while in college - a full-line retail pet store called Sweet Pets (fun fact: my maiden name is Sweet!)
Before launching my agency, I worked for The Mortgage Marketing Animals and previously built marketing departments from the ground up for multiple businesses, including a chain of urgent care clinics, a multi-location dental practice, and a dermatology group with 17 clinics across multiple states.
I’m an I'm a boba tea & an iced coffee junkie
After our child was diagnosed with a rare brain condition called Lissencephaly, my husband and I founded The Aidon Jarid Foundation, a nonprofit whose mission is to enhance lives, ignite hope, and create limitless possibilities for families with exceptional children.
I’ve run the Disney Coast-to-Coast Challenge, completing a full marathon at Walt Disney World and a half marathon at DisneyLand in the same calendar year.
At the heart of everything I do, I believe in showing up with purpose, consistency, and integrity - both in business and in life.

Meet Jasmine, a client manager at Fully Aligned Marketing. With over eight years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, she loves helping brands grow through creative storytelling, impactful design, and people-first collaboration.
When she’s not bringing ideas to life, Jasmine enjoys writing in cozy cafés, exploring new hiking trails with her fiancé, and making art.
At home, she’s a proud rescue mom to her cat, Calypso, and dog, Arthur. She’s also a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, the arts, and animal welfare.
