Onboarding Made Simple
At Fully Aligned Marketing, we help mortgage professionals become the lender seen everywhere by showing up consistently, strategically, and authentically in front of the exact right audience, 24/7/365. We don't just manage social media; we build real relationships, craft custom strategies, and show up for our clients the same way we help them show up for theirs.
Step 1: Apply to Work with Us
Because our services are highly cutomized and relationship-driven, we're intentional about who we partner with. If you're ready to show up, trust the process, and build visbility with a strategic partner by your side - you're in the right place!
Before we begin, we need to hop on a Discovery Call to assess your needs, determine the best package for your business, and to ensure we’re the right fit for each other.

Once we determine the best fit for your business needs:
You’ll receive a contract outlining your selected package and an invoice to remit payment.
Once signed, we’ll send you an onboarding questionnaire to gather key details about your business.
You will gain access to our onboarding video series and training.
We onboard new clients on the 1st and 15th of the month, with a contract deadline 2 weeks prior to ensure a smooth start.
Step 2: Onboarding & Training Access
Before we begin any content creation or ad strategy, you will move through our Strategic Onboarding Training Series, which is a self-paced, video-based experience designed to set you (and us) up for long-term social success!
What it includes:
A Kickoff Call scheduled once your training is complete
Access to our Onboarding Training Portal, where you will learn:
- How to clarify your messaging, brand voice, and visibility goals
- Ensure your social accounts are fully optimized
- Understand how to provide photo and video content that connects
- Set shared expectations for comunication, timelines, and results
We believe in equipping our clients with knowledge, not fluff - whether you're hands-on or want our team to take the reins. This onboarding experience ensures your business is aligned for maximum visibility and consistency.

Step 3: Content Strategy & Creation
Once onboarding is complete, we develop a custom content strategy tailored to your brand.
We conduct brand research and competitor analysis to craft an effective content plan.
Clients provide photos/videos, but we generate strategic ideas so content creation is easy.
All content approvals happen within Asana (our project management system).
You’ll receive a Google Drive link for easy uploads of any photos or videos.
We typically work 2 to 4 weeks in advance on content creation, but can accommodate immediate needs within 2 - 3 business days.
